I am looking for an estimate for a basement remodeling job of approxiamtely 500 sq ft. This is a St. Matthews house that is only 17 years old, but the previous owners did not renovate or finish any part of the basement. I am looking for an entertainment area, a bar area, and possibly the addition of a batthroom. Finances are already available and I am looking to have this done by mid-summer.
